One business number, everywhere
Take your business number with you at the desk, at home or out on the job. Calls ring the app on your mobile, so you're not tied to the office.
Noosa and the Sunshine Coast hinterland
We're based in Noosa and look after phone systems and business messaging for businesses of every size, from sole traders to contact centre operations. If you're comparing VoIP in Noosa, we set up a cloud business phone on GoTo Connect and support the changeover.
A local team for your business line — clear advice, a thoughtful setup and a real person to call when you need a hand.
The useful setup
We set up business phone systems for Noosa teams. A cloud PBX or hosted phone system can run over your existing internet connection, so there's no box in the back room and nothing to maintain.
01
Take your business number with you at the desk, at home or out on the job. Calls ring the app on your mobile, so you're not tied to the office.
02
Route calls to your team, with after-hours and holiday handling built in — the useful thing when the phone doesn't stop on a Sunday.
03
Reply to customers by text from a business number they recognise, so quotes and confirmations don't sit in a personal phone.
04
Keep video meetings and quick team conversations close to the work.
If your phone runs over an NBN connection today, you can keep your number and move that NBN phone service to a cloud phone system. Nothing changes for your customers, and we handle the porting.
Noosa's not immune to an outage — a storm, a cut line or a power drop can take the office connection with it. Because your number lives in the cloud rather than in a box on the wall, calls can be pointed at a mobile that's already signed in, so the phone still gets answered.
01
Ask where your number actually lives. If it's in a handset or a box in the office, an outage takes it with the power. If it lives in the cloud, it doesn't.
02
Ask what happens when the internet goes down. The good answer names something specific — calls pointed at a mobile app on data, not "it should be fine".
03
Ask who answers when you call support, and when. Local hours matter more than a 24/7 promise you'll never test.
04
Ask whether you can keep the handsets you already own, or whether you're up for new hardware.
05
Keep a charged mobile phone as a backup for calling 000. Cloud phone calls run on power and your internet connection, so your cloud phone (including the app) may not be able to call 000 if the NBN or power goes out. You can dial 000 or 112 from any mobile in range of a mobile network, even without a SIM or credit.
Emergency calls from a cloud phone may not automatically pass on your address — be ready to tell the operator where you are.
